By accessing or using Girls Profile (“Site” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy & Legal policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password and for all activity under your account.
• Notifications: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Content Ownership & License

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, biography). You grant Girls Profile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.
• Our Content: All Site design, text, graphics, logos, and software are the property of Girls Profile or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees: Certain features may require payment. All fees are stated in Naira (₦) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Billing: We use third-party payment processors; by providing payment information, you agree to their terms.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girls Profile and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girls Profile, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
